Our high-quality art prints are produced in London, UK, or Germany, depending on the delivery location.

What does Giclee Printing mean?

Giclee printing is a high-quality printing method that uses archival inks and acid-free paper to produce fine art prints. It ensures excellent color accuracy, longevity, and the faithful reproduction of original artworks.

On which paper do you print?

We print on Hahnemühle German Etching Paper, a high-quality fine art paper with a textured surface and a weight of 310 GSM. Using the Giclée printing technique, we reproduce fine art prints that capture intricate details and provide a tactile feel to the prints.

What is the significance of carbon neutral prints?

Our commitment to the environment ensures that your prints are not only visually stunning but also contribute to sustainability by minimizing carbon footprints.

Our paper is sourced from sustainable forests, and our printing relies on wind energy. We use recyclable or biodegradable packaging for a greener impact.

Do you hold the copyright for all your artwork?

We take copyright seriously and respect originality. Each artist we collaborate with has a licensing agreement in place, granting us the right to reproduce and sell their artwork in the form of prints.

Do you commission artists?

Certainly! We're here to provide a platform for artists to showcase and sell their artwork, embodying the essence of collaboration at MUSE COLLAB. Artists receive a fair share of the earnings for each artwork sold.

How can I list my art on your platform?

If you'd like to feature your artwork with us, please email us. You can find instructions under the "Join Us as an Artist" tab in the page footer.

Is it necessary to be an architect to have my work featured?

No, you don't have to be an architect. While our platform primarily focuses on architectural drawings, we welcome submissions of various art forms for review.

Order

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Once an order enters the production phase, it is automatically registered with our printing and shipping partner. Modifying or canceling an order at this stage could be difficult. If needed, please reach out to us at info@musecollab.com, and we will try our best to help.

How can I track the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, you can expect to receive an order confirmation immediately. Furthermore, once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Do you offer trade discounts?

We are open to collaborating with commercial partners. Feel free to email us to discuss potential opportunities and trade discounts further.

Are there any taxes or customs fees associated with my orders?

Orders shipped to the the UK, the EU, and the US will not incur customs duties.

For other countries, customs taxes may apply based on the country's policies and the shipment's value. Customers are responsible for any customs taxes.

Shipping & Return

Can I return and refund my order?

UK orders come with a hassle-free 14-day return policy, while international refunds are only limited to damages during production or shipping.

For hand-signed and numbered artworks, returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Muse Collab Ltd reserves the right to reject any return if the product is not in its original condition.

What is your delivery time frame?

Our orders are produce within 1-3 days.
Delivery times vary by destination:
2-5 days for UK orders, 5-8 days for EU orders, and 10-14 days for international orders.

Do you provide international shipping?

Certainly! We do offer international shipping through DHL.
